Since its founding over 15 years ago, Dr. Casello has dedicated 100% of her time to RenovoMD. She strives to provide a quiet and relaxing setting for patients to receive a wide variety of treatments and experience all the benefits of a medical practice. Dr. Casello has been a leading provider in medical aesthetics for over 15 years. She has completed extensive one-on-one training with distinguished plastic surgeons and dermatologists on the latest laser therapies, facial injectables, and skin rejuvenation techniques, earning the distinctions of Allergan Certified Master Injector and a Lumenis Center of Excellence. Her unrelenting commitment to education and knowledge of cutting edge technologies is what drives her exceptional results; she has recently begun imparting this wisdom to future injectors through the RenovoMD Medical Injector institute. Patients who see Dr. C say they appreciate her calm, friendly, bedside manner, and ‘practical’ techniques. Her goal is to help her patients look and feel like the best versions of themselves.

David Tiber, M.D. received his Doctorate of Medicine from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, completed his residency at the University of Miami, and went on to Stanford University for his fellowship training in pediatric critical care. He returned to Massachusetts in 2011 and for the past 12 years has worked as an attending physician in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. His years of performing delicate procedures in the ICU translate perfectly to the procedures of aesthetic medicine, and he found the transition to be very natural.
He trained and holds multiple certifications in aesthetic medicine at the Aesthetic Mentor under the direction of Dr. Joseph Russo, a Harvard-trained plastic surgeon. All this experience and training allowed Dr. Tiber to follow his passion for Aesthetic medicine. Dr. Tiber has vast experience in critical care and is a double-board certified physician licensed in Massachusetts.
Shannah Hampton, R.N. is an experienced plastic surgery nurse and aesthetic injector with expertise in the areas of tissue augmentation, neurotoxins, and non-surgical aesthetic procedures. She graduated from Northeastern University and completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at MGH Institute of Health Professions. Shannah is certified in the administration of Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, Xeomin, Restylane, Volbella, Vollure, Voluma, Juvederm, Belotero, Radiesse, Kybella, Asclera, microneedling, laser skin rejuvenation, and medical-grade chemical peels. Shannah is proficient in facial rejuvenation techniques including volume restoration, smoothing wrinkles, and improving skin quality.
Michelle has been with Renovomd since inception. Her history with the practice has allowed her to obtain extensive knowledge and training in the cosmetic industry. She is devoted to insure the client experience is to the highest standard of excellence as well as keeping the practice running smoothly.
Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, home projects and gardening.
Liz has been an aesthetician since 2011. She attended Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics, specializing in a 1200 hour medical esthetics program. Liz enjoys giving relaxing customized facial treatments and educating patients on skincare. She likes helping them look and feel their best while achieving their skincare goals. When she is not working, Liz enjoys spending time with her horse Riley and traveling with friends.
Angela is passionate about medical aesthetics. She graduated from Assumption College with a B.S. double majoring in International Business and Marketing. After working in corporate digital marketing for years, Angela made the decision to transition out and focus more on her personal interests and passion within the medical aesthetics industry. She takes pride in being part of the patient process and providing an excellent experience. In her free time, she enjoys health and fitness, traveling, and spending time with family.
Becca has been a cosmetologist turned esthetician since 2016, she started her career off doing hair and then quickly moved into the world of plastic surgery. She has experience as a medical assistant and a true passion for skin care Becca’s goal is to educate her patients on the best skincare practices to help them love the skin that they are in. When she is not working she enjoys traveling and spending her time with her dog Hemi and friends.
Julia graduated from Worcester State University in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. With over 6 years of hands-on customer service experience in various industries, Julia prides herself on her professionalism and reliability. Julia strives to deliver our patients the best experience every time they walk through the doors. Julia has had a longstanding love and appreciation of the aesthetics industry and is currently pursuing an aesthetician license. Julia enjoys spending time with her family and friends when not at the practice.
